Welcome to Paris Academy of Ballroom Dancing where we make learning to dance Easy and Fun! We teach all the dance styles - Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Hustle, Swing, Country, and Nightclub styles. We offer Private Dance Lessons and Group Dance Classes for singles, couples, wedding parties, young and old. No Partner Required.
DANCES: Bachata, Bolero, Cha Cha, EC Swing, Foxtrot, Hustle, Jive, Lindy Swing, Mambo, Merengue, Night Club 2 Step, Paso Doble, Polka, Rumba, Quickstep, Salsa, Samba, Tango, Two Step, Waltz, WC Swing, Viennese Waltz and Country Line Dancing.
LEVELS OF STUDENTS: All levels are welcome - Beginner through advanced (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). Social dancers, showcase dancers and competitive dancers will feel at home here.
LESSONS: Paris Academy offers both private lessons and group classes. Each has its specific purpose. Private lessons are useful for you to concentrate on style and technique or specific dances of your choosing. Whether you want to learn a choreographed routine for a wedding, get out on the dance floor at a nightclub or other social event, perform an individualized routine in a showcase or enter competition, private lessons will provide you with specialized training. Group classes are useful for learning basic dance patterns in several dances and most importantly, how to lead or follow with different partners.
WEDDINGS: Bring us your songs and we will choreograph a special routine for your first dance. Start early and you will also learn to dance comfortably to a variety of music. We teach wedding couples, wedding parties, parents, etc. Special group classes can be arranged for entire wedding parties.
COMPETITION TRAINING: Paris Academy trains dancers for Amateur or Pro/Am competition in Bronze, Silver and Gold Levels of American Style - Smooth & Rhythm and International Style - Standard & Latin.
DANCES: Paris Academy hosts a monthly Studio Dance Party 8pm - 11pm. Admission Includes - Complimentary Dance Lesson, Social Dancing, Light Refreshments and Beverages. Please check our website Calendar of Activities and Events for complete information.
SHOWCASES: Paris Academy holds two (2) Showcase Events each year. The Summer Bash in June and the Snowflake Ball in December. These events feature performances by our students, dinner, and social dancing throughout the eveing.
