Throughout this document, this website, all other AccessDance affiliated websites, and affiliates with links to this policy will be collectively referred to as “AccessDance”. Services provided by or enabled via AccessDance will be referred to as “the Services”.


1.   When you register for AccessDance we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address, billing address, credit card information. Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter a credit card.

AccessDance uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run AccessDance. Although AccessDance owns the code, databases, and all rights to the AccessDance application, you retain all rights to your data.


1.   AccessDance may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

Email Preferences

You can manage your email preferences, such as opt-out or unsubscribe from emails sent by AccessDance, by adjusting your preferences in your account settings. You can also opt-out or unsubscribe from any future email communications from within any email correspondence that we send you.


AccessDance may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your AccessDance primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
