October 2014 Presidential Ponderings

Hello Dancers,

It looks as though fall is here, the leaves are changing color and will soon be on the ground. I'm afraid that winter (bad word) is not far behind :(

If you missed our October dance we had a great time. Carolyn Wehner taught a fun East Coast lesson. There were some awesome costumes, and if you would like to see them, go to the Midland Daily News web page(www.ourmidland.com) and look at Community Photo's, costume party dance. Thanks to all who dressed for the occasion.

We are still in need of a minimum of 3 members to volunteer for the open positions on the board. If dances are to continue we need you to volunteer, don't expect someone else to. The election for the next 2 year term is at our November 14th dance.

The November 14th dance will feature Carla Nemeth teaching the Waltz. Lesson starts at 7:00PM with dancing to follow.

See you at the dance,

Richard
