Was on high school ballroom Standard team for 3 semesters, but haven’t had the opportunity to ballroom dance since (took intro to world/folk dance and intro to modern dance in college, but nothing after 2017). Age 28. Have both performance heels and nude jazz shoes. Schedule is currently pretty flexible. Evenings might work best. Have several chronic illnesses that impact balance/stamina/motion, so would likely have to take frequent breaks in the beginning but would really like to build up to where I can dance again and be able to go to social dances or participate in partnered or group competitions for fun. Don’t have a lot of spare funds right now, so lessons would have to be infrequent at the beginning.
