Move Like a Champion is a revolutionary program created by Top Teacher Diane Jarmolow and World Latin Champion Kasia Kozak. This program of 64 exercises will help you correct problems that plague many dancers: weak frame, sloppy feet, awkward movements, small strides, etc. Most students are frustrated at hearing their instructors repeat the same vague instructions ("Keep your shoulders down!", "Stand taller!", "Tuck your tailbone under!"). These exercises will teach you how to move with grace, impeccable posture and the strength that are the hallmarks of great dancers.
